Cancelations and Refunds

HeyKiddo’s playtime cancelation and refund policy is the same for both instore purchases as well as online purchase. The following apply to class registrations, party deposits, event bookings, play pass purchases and or gift cards. Sales are final upon the receiving of the above mentioned services unless notification is given to an appropriate Hey Kiddo’s staff member, in a timely manner, after the event that it was not to your satisfaction and within a reasonable level of expectation. If your case is approved, you will either receive store credit or a refund depending on the case.

Deposits for parties and or events are fully refundable within the first 48 hours of booking. Full refunds will be provided in the form of store credit if the cancelation is made within 6 weeks of a party or within 14 days of an event. Beyond that point the deposit is nonrefundable. Deposits for parties can be used for future parties and will be recorded on your account.

Class payments are fully refundable within the first 48 hours of booking if no class has occurred during that period. Beyond that point class payments are refundable for store credit minus any classes taken plus a one class penalty.

Play passes and gift card purchases are fully refundable within the first 48 hours of purchase if unused. Beyond that point play passes and gift card purchases can be refunded for store credit minus any amount used.

If Hey Kiddo’s playtime needs to cancel any class, party and or event due to weather, low enrollment and any other reasonable reason and you are unable to make any makeup date we will provide a full refund for the amount already spent.
