REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Hey Kiddos Playtime.



1. General Admission Tickets



All ticket sales are final unless otherwise required by law.


Unused tickets may be rescheduled or credited at management discretion.



2. Birthday Parties and Private Events



Deposits and party payments are generally non-refundable.


If cancellation notice is provided in advance, we may offer rescheduling subject to availability.


Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit payments.



3. Memberships



Membership fees are non-refundable once billing has occurred.


Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles according to membership terms.



4. Gift Cards



Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.



5. Weather / Emergencies / Force Majeure



Closures or interruptions caused by severe weather, utility failure, government action, emergencies, or events beyond our control may qualify for rescheduling or store credit at management discretion.



6. Duplicate Charges / Billing Errors



If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
